Interior Renovation of 58,375 sf. office into a more efficient and inviting space. An underutilized staff area was moved from the basement to the main floor and designed to allow viewing of the St. Joseph River while taking a break. The new inviting space has two private den-like areas, a communal table, kitchenette, ping pong table and putting green.
