Regan Miller has recently completed her NCIDQ certification and is now a registered interior designer in the state of Indiana. NCIDQ Certification assures interior designers are competent to meet industry standards not only for aesthetics but also for public health, safety, and welfare. To date, more than 35,000 people around the world have earned NCIDQ Certification, the gold standard for interior design professionals.

As an Interior Designer, Miller helps clients select finishes and furnishings, develops presentations, and evolves drawings for a variety of projects. She uses her skills in AutoCAD and Revit with technical accuracy while keeping in mind the final aesthetic. Miller says, “I love the process of producing innovative solutions to meet both a client’s aesthetic and functional needs. I love the impact that even the small details can have as they come together to make the whole design.”

The Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ) develops and administers the three-part NCIDQ Examination, which tests interior designers’ knowledge of core competencies required for professional practice in the industry. The exam is based on CIDQ’s independent, comprehensive analysis of the profession and the daily practice of interior design in a range of settings. CIDQ continually updates the exam’s contents to ensure they reflect the most current skills required to design secure, functional, and innovative interior spaces.
