Architect

Principal Architect

Philip DeAngelis is involved in all phases of project development, from conceptual design to construction administration. As an Architect and Project Manager, he manages project schedules and budgets and coordinates with clients and engineering consultants. In addition to his project responsibilities, he serves as the Director of Professional Services. He is responsible for a range of duties including developing and monitoring project production and quality standards, overseeing staff workload and efficiency, performing quality assurance reviews of projects, leading code compliance reviews, and establishing accountability and protocols for internal project teams.

Philip’s interest in architecture is driven by the positive impact that thoughtful design can have on people’s lives, and he has a personal passion for bringing purpose and dignity to people living with dementia. Outside the office, Philip works on renovating his 1907-built home in Mishawaka, where he is excited to live near the parks and amenities of the growing and vibrant downtown. In his free time, Philip enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
