Over a year with us, he is enjoying his growing responsibilities and close involvement with clients to bring their wants and needs to reality. Having grown up in the area, he is excited to bring his skills to projects aimed to better his hometown community.

Outside the office, Rhiley enjoys playing soccer, woodworking, and designing/building his own DIY house projects. When asked about his passion regarding his profession, Rhiley says he loves “seeing a project’s lifespan from start to finish and seeing it go from being a drawing or rendering to a physical structure.” Rhiley played collegiate soccer at DePauw University and enjoys other outdoor activities such as hiking and water sports. In his free time, he is involved in community theater in Mishawaka through the Main Stage, Inc.
