Repurposing an old procession plant to accommodate a banquet facility with a 350+ capacity. The original cooler was converted into the bar with outdoor patio. Site improvements included signage, drive, and parking areas. The bar was later expanded, incorporation overhead doors to open the space to the outdoors and retain views to the river.
The corporate office addition was designed with amenities to attract and maintain the best employees. The exterior complements the existing building, while the interior incorporates contemporary workstations, collaboration spaces, and employee fitness room.
