NOTRE DAME, HOWARD HALL RENOVATION

Exterior improvements for this women’s hall included renovation of the patio space and accessibility, new bike loops and walkways, storm water improvements and landscape renovation. All work, including the interior improvements also led by Arkos Design, was constructed during the 11-week summer break.

NOTRE DAME, ST. EDWARDS HALL RENOVATION

Renovation of this four-story residence hall updated the restrooms, common kitchen and lounge spaces, rector suite, and student room vanities. Corridor finishes and common area lighting were upgraded. Landscape improvements included a new patio with built-in grill.

SOUTHWESTERN MICHIGAN COLLEGE, NILES CAMPUS INTERIOR RENOVATION

This two-phased renovation updated the aesthetic and function of the student-faculty commons and student service center, converted underutilized spaces into faculty offices and a SCALE-UP science lab and multipurpose room. In addition, the old entry was transformed into a welcoming lobby with conference/community room, and all corridor finishes were upgraded.
