An underutilized 1,850-sf space was renovated into Studio 304, a lab where patrons can create a variety of digital media. The space accommodates modern equipment, individual workstations, casual seating, private recording rooms, and a staff workroom.
The renovation updated all three stories, creating more engaging spaces on the main levels. The 5,355-sf interior renovation created a fresh transitional reception, lobby, and café space with new interior details and modern color palette. The renovation included an open fireplace using vapor technology and procurement of all furnishings, interior artwork, and accessories.

Eighteen new apartments featuring modern amenities and a new upscale restaurant-style dining room comprise this addition, which blends harmoniously with the existing campus while having its own unique design aesthetic. Expansive windows, dining and patios, and nature-inspired interior design connect residents to their woodland setting.
This project included extensive renovation of a building originally constructed in 1925 to create a unique dining and drinking experience for the Nappanee community, including a bistro, brewery, and distillery. Updated structural work, along with interior furnishing and fixture selection were included.
Outdated and inefficient spaces were re-imagined to create a new sky-lit central dining room, gracious activity lounge, and enhanced hospitality amenities. New finishes update and enliven the common areas and corridors. Staff areas were re-envisioned, promoting efficiency and improved resident care.
