The client was planning an interior refresh and minor healthcare space reallocation and desired to review the building as a whole, ensuring the improvements would integrate into future plans. The key areas of focus were patient experience, access into and flow through the building and effective use of the space. Plans explored opportunities to combine shared functions for the dermatology and family medicine departments, prioritize patient-centric spaces, and reallocate underutilized spaces to improve functionality and staff workflow.
