A new office building was designed with flexibility in mind to accommodate mixed-use or multiple office tenants. All floors benefited from outdoor terraces and balconies with views of Beutter Park and the St Joseph Riverwalk.
The three-story office building, situated along the park and river district in downtown Mishawaka, serves as one of the anchor buildings in the 35-acre mixed-use urban development. The building design and orientation integrate with the park and take full advantage of the river and city views. Patio spaces on the first floor and balconies for each office suite on the upper floors provide all tenants an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.
