A community gathering place that houses three distinct uses: a café, ice rink functions, and an event center. Arkos Design’s Mishawaka Ironworks renderings were used by Mayor Dave Wood in his State of the City address in March of 2021. The facility’s Grand Opening is Mishawaka’s 2022 Winterfest.
