The first phase of a multiple-phase project includes renovation the dining and hearth areas. A central kitchen to provide food to the communal dining area and neighborhood kitchens, which offer a more intimate setting along with the hearth.
Following this phase, interior design services, furniture and finish selection, and construction administration for a 48-room, 48,000-sf two-story addition and wellness center was designed and implemented. This included a rehab center, four distinctive residential-style ‘sanctuaries,’ state-of-the-art therapy, fitness space, and cafe areas.
