The South Bend Clinic renovated the entire Granger Family Medicine facility to complement the finishes of the recent pediatric/internal medicine addition. Also included was the reconfiguration of the former lab and records area to accommodate additional physicians and an enlarged waiting room.
Granger Renovation
Arkos Design successfully addressed the challenges of accommodating new exam pods and increased waiting within the existing building envelope for the Granger renovation. The design/construction/owner team worked together to perform all renovations in multiple phases without interrupting normal business hours or services.
