The South Bend Clinic Plaza project, tenant improvement in a newly constructed single-story shell, is located in Mishawaka, Indiana. This new dermatology medical office relocated two existing providers from another overcrowded location and gave space for three new providers to join the practice.
The project program includes sixteen exam rooms and three procedure rooms along with an esthetician, laser treatment, and light treatment rooms. Support spaces for dermatology include a lab with cryostats and a sterilization room. Staff spaces include three private offices, a shared team office, conference room, and breakroom.

One of the goals of the project was to create a more welcoming and relaxing environment for the patients. The interior design features contemporary design, with clean lines, natural wood tones, cool colors, and a spa-like atmosphere. Concentrated areas of color in the carpet assist with wayfinding at The South Bend Clinic Plaza.
